Can I use masking tape to seal a package to be shipped in the U.S.?

Answered By Eddy Penrod, Editor

An ordinary masking tape is not advisable to be used when shipping a product to U.S. You must seal the box with a tape that is really designed for shipping namely pressure sensitive tape. It is easier to purchase shipping tapes in the nearest post office at your place.
